This place is a trendy brewery that is close to many hotels and not far from a metro station so it is very accessible no matter where you stay in Montreal. It’s kinda dark inside, so if you head here for a drunken hookup, you can pound some craft beers and not have to worry about whatever monstrosity you end up sucking face with. Forgive us for being political here, but we are very passionate about some things; DON’T UNDERESTIMATE CANADIAN BEER! Sorry, we had to get that out. In the states, the most famous Canadian beers are Molson (owned by Coors) and Labatt Blue (owned by Anheuser-Busch) – yawn. Don’t get us wrong, we love all beer, but we have a deep appreciation for local, unique craft brews that is undying and results in a never-ending search to try, well, all of it. Continue reading

Word of mouth and creative cartoon can labels guided us to this craft brewery in the nefarious neighborhood of Deep Ellum in Dallas. Their taproom is newly opened, but flowing craft suds at the rate of a veteran watering hole.
